After School

 ** IMPORTANT NOTE **

For all YMCA programs, including the after school program and holiday camps, we must have a new registration form filled out each year. They are not automatically registered if they attended the previous year.

THE NEED

After a long day at school, children deserve to be met by more than sounds of an empty house or blaring TV. Young people need love and attention as well as a safe, supervised place to go when parents are not at home. Our goal is to provide safe, supervised activities where children have an opportunity to have fun, make new friends, enhance values, build self-esteem, and develop into tomorrow's leaders.

FACILITIES

The YMCA After School Care Program is held at your child's school, a place designed specifically for school age children. The YMCA After School Care Program is currently being held at the following schools:

Broadmoor, Green T. Lindon, L. Leo Judice, Myrtle, and S.J. Montgomery.

WEEKLY FEE

$35.00 Registration fee ($15.00 each additional child) Discount for second, third child. $35 Membership fee per child All fees are due and payable in advance. Financial Assistance is available.

OUR PROGRAM

The National YMCA Child Program is a structured, safe, and fun program designed to meet the developmental needs of school-age children. Monthly program themes ensure variety throughout the year. Our program includes: SNACK TIME, HOME WORK TIME, CREATIVE TIME, PEOPLE TIME, PLAY TIME AND VALUES.
